The short version

We collect what you give us when you book a call, plus basic analytics about how people use this site. We use it to prepare for your call, follow up, and make the site better. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

When you book a call through our scheduler, we collect:

• Your name and work email
• Your website and industry
• The time you pick, and anything you add in the booking form

What we collect automatically

We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics. It uses cookies to record things like the pages you visit, how you got here, your browser and device, and your approximate location. It doesn't tell us who you are.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use it

• To prepare for and hold the call you booked
• To follow up about the plan we discussed
• To see which pages and channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it
• To keep the site secure

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run this site and our calls. They process it on our behalf:

• HubSpot, for scheduling and keeping track of our conversations
• Google, for analytics and video calls
• Cloudflare, for hosting
• Sanity, which stores the site's content (no visitor information)

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we're talking or working together, and after that only as long as we need to for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state privacy laws. Get in touch and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
